A solid marketing strategy is essential in selling your home. Simply put, a larger pool of buyers increases the likelihood you will field multiple offers. And, any time you receive multiple offers, you’re fostering an atmosphere where buyers will offer their highest and best price and more attractive terms.

In 2016, we averaged 100.3% of list price in an average of 11 days on the market. These notable statistics are a direct result of the time and money that we invest in all of our listings.  We work closely with our sellers to individualize a selling process that meets their goals.

Our marketing strategy consists of:

  • A well-researched pricing strategy
  • Professional staging and photography
  • Listing your home on the MLS (real estate database that feeds Zillow, Realtor.com, etc)
  • Skilled networking with agents, developers and investors
  • Advertising –  print ads in local publications
  • Social media marketing
  • Open house events hosted by licensed agents

We continuously monitor the interest generated by our advertising, social media, and web presence. We also monitor the number of "showings," (buyers touring the home) and follow up on every lead. We work mindfully and remove obstacles to receiving offers. Our swift and tactical negotiations and creative solutions produce results for our sellers.
