Erica embarked on her career in mortgage banking in 2001, commencing as a loan processor for a mortgage broker. After six years within the mortgage banking sector, Erica transitioned to the real estate settlement aspect of the home-buying process. For three years, she worked as a transaction coordinator for a local title company in Bethesda. Sixteen years later, Erica embraced a pivotal role in the sales side of the home-buying process, serving as both a buyer and seller agent with the RLAH Brokerage in Potomac. Her background in mortgage banking and real estate settlements equips her with the ability to effectively communicate with all parties involved in a transaction, ensuring that clients are well-prepared throughout the entire real estate process.

Her youngest daughter attends the Saint Bernadette School, where she actively volunteers for the Home and School Association and participates in various other activities. Her oldest daughter, Chloe, is a freshman at Georgetown Visitation, and her son, Cole, is pursuing a Construction Science Major at Clemson University.
