Moving to Woodside Park

Woodside Park is one of Silver Spring’s most popular and charming neighborhoods, dating back to the early 20th century. As Silver Spring’s first automobile-based suburb, it is also unique in that it has maintained its 1920s suburban ideal throughout the years. As the prototype for other neighborhoods in Montgomery County, Woodside Park is what many other subdivisions aspired to but could not recreate. Though established nearly a century ago, today its emphasis remains on maintaining the same ambience, quality, and ideal as with its inception.
